Terms and Conditions

 

1. All Purchases are made in Australian Dollars.

 

2. All Purchases can be made via PayPal or electronic Funds Transfer. When using the PayPal portal to finalise your order, you will be transferred to the PayPal Website. Before proceeding to make any purchase, be sure to check that a Locked Padlock is visible at the bottom right hand side (in the footer) of your computer screen. Any transactions made at PayPal are subject to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy of PayPal.

 

3. All Product(s) purchased from Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd are sold in new condition and come with the standard Manufacturer’s Warranty. All Product(s) Warranty Claims are to be directed initially to the Manufacturer and if then necessary to Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd. All courier and transit costs for the return of Product(s) to the Manufacturer or to Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd will be borne by the customer. All courier and transit costs for return of Product(s) from the Manufacturer or Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd back to the customer, will be borne by the customer.

 

4. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily delivered at the same time. We will notify you if any item cannot be delivered within 30 days. We do not accept international orders nor do we deliver outside Australia. 

 

5. Any decision relating to the replacement of the Product(s) under Warranty that the Manufacturer makes is considered final and therefore Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd waive all rights to any responsibility for the repair or replacement of the Product(s).

 

6. All items that are vandalised, mechanically damaged, water damaged, infested by insects, effected by any act of God including any transient power surge, are excluded from any Warranty Claim.

 

7. While security Product(s) are available for purchase from this site, these Product(s) may be difficult for the customer to install and may be required to be installed by a professional Security Installer. Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd will not be liable for any Claim for payment or recourse of any kind with regard to the installation of any such Product(s) procured from this site. 

 

8. Before any consumer installs any security Product(s), the consumer should ensure that the Insurance Company provides coverage of the building or contents or any other aspect of the premises. The Customer accepts legal liability for the installation of the security system by the Installer. Most Insurance Companies insist that security Product(s) are installed by licensed Security Installers in all circumstances.

 

9. All Product(s) purchased from Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd must be maintained in accordance with the Product Manufacturer; the Australian Standards; the Installers and/or the Insurers requirements.

 

10. All monetary, physical, personal or psychological losses incurred by the customer as a direct result of any Product(s) purchased from Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd not operating as it was intended or designed to do so will not be accepted by Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd.

 

11. Any Product(s) that have been sent to a customer by mistake can be sent back to Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd. Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd will either pay for the return of the Product(s) or will accept a reasonable fee incurred by the customer for the return of this/these Product(s) to Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd. Prior to the Return of the Product(s) a Return Product(s) Number (RPN#) must first be issued by Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd at which time a decision will be made as to the method of the return of the Product(s) to Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd. If fees are to be reimbursed to a customer for transit of said Product(s), these fees will be paid into the customer’s Bank Account by an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). In order for this transaction to occur, Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd must collect from the customer all details necessary for the Electronic Funds Transfer  transaction. Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd will take no responsibility if a customer provides the incorrect Bank Account details. In this instance no other payment will be made by Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd. Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd will then pay for the return to the customer of the correctly ordered Product(s).

 

12. All Product(s) purchased in error, will not be refunded.

 

13. Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd will not be held liable for the final security design of any installed security Product(s), whether installed by the customer or his/her chosen representative.

 

14. The maximum recourse or liability (if any) that may be payable by Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd for any instance will be limited to no more than the purchase price of the Product(s) purchased from Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd.

 

15. Purchase of any Product(s) from this site confirms that you have accepted the Terms and Conditions as described herein.

 

16. Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Returns Policy or any other Policy from time to time at its own discretion. All Customers will not be informed of any and all Policy Changes made from time to time. The customer is to ensure that prior to accepting to proceed to the payment for any Product(s), that they have read, understood and agreed to the Policies contained herein this website or that may apply to Securacom Holdings Pty Ltd.
